Meet the Coach

My name is Debbie, and along with my husband Larry, nutrition is our passion. For the last 3 years, we’ve been working with families, businesses, schools, and organizations to promote wellness. I’m not a raw foodist, a vegan, nor am I a vegetarian. I love clean and healthy food mostly with dark chocolate on the side!  Being a person with insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, and tachycardia, I must watch what I eat. My family history consist of heart disease, strokes, and the above issues. I don’t have to continue gaining weight as I get older, I can eat responsibly and lose and maintain weight. My focus is to help and encourage expectant moms, families and women over 35 who experience these issues.

We have a strong desire to meet families where they are with how they eat and educate them on simple, effective ways they can live healthier, happier lives.

We became interested in health and nutrition 3 years ago when Larry and I became acquainted with friends who showed us how to live a healthier lifestyle. My career as a Licensed Estetician fueled my passion for skin care and how food affects our skin. I began to realize how important my Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition choices were, both while providing skin care education to my clients and throughout life.

As a busy wife and business woman, simplicity became a necessity for survival. Many people told me what to do to be healthy, but how to incorporate it into my life was missing until I encountered the Dr. Sears’ L.E.A.N. Program. The encouragement and practical tools I found in the Dr. Sears’ L.E.A.N. workshop was the perfect solution to developing a sustainable healthy lifestyle for my husband and I.

Going L.E.A.N. was one of the easiest transitions we ever made, and I am passionate about sharing these life-changing tools and information with you and your family.
